Cologne will appeal against a ban on the team`s fans to visit European tournaments advised by football predictions for two years. Supporters of the `goats` caused turmoil in Arsenal`s visit to the Europa League tournament in September. Last month, UEFA fined Cologne with 60, 000 euros for clashes, using torches and throwing objects to the pitch. `Even after a detailed analysis of the punishment, it is inconceivable that the abuse of a minority of fans should lead to such a drastic punishment against the club. ` Cologne`s view is that some of the problems surrounding the entry were causedfrom bad planning of London officials, `said CEO Alexander Werle.
