FIFA firmly stated that the lottery for the group stage for the World Cup in Russia will not be manipulated. Last year, former president of the international football club, Sep Blatter, revealed that there were hot and cold balls in some UEFA draws. From the European headquarters they called the claims absurd. The balls are the same. There are no different when touching, different and different. Exceptions make red balls, but they are deliberately different. The groups are formed at random, assured Chris Anger, director of FIFA competitions.
