Chelsea`s management has settled all the questions about building a new stadium that will cost the club one billion pounds, the BBC reported. In May 2017, one of the families living in the neighborhood filed a lawsuit against the club that the new arena would hide sunlight at their home. Today it became clear that the club from contact football predictions has reached an agreement with the disgruntled. So this year will start building a new stadium. The current facility will be completely destroyed and a new one with a capacity of 60, 000 spectators will be built in its place. Construction is expected to take about four years.
